While attending the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, CEO and Founder Jennifer Beall came up with a concept that would help busy new parents maintain their work/family balance. She wrote a business plan, entered the Kellogg Cup Business Plan Competition and won first prize. Soon after, she received the Student of the Year Award, which gave her the confidence she needed to make her idea reality. The franchise began as CleanBeeBaby LLC in Los Angeles and re-branded itself in 2014 as Tot Squad. Currently, the company serves locations in Los Angeles, Orange County, New York City, and San Diego.
